Event Details Subject to Change. The event date, time, and performers are subject to change without prior notice.
Event is Rain or Shine. This is a "rain or shine" event. The show will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by venue or event organizers.
Ticket Holder Responsibility. The ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring they have a valid ticket for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
Venue Rules. All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of Heritage Acres. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly conduct, drug use, intoxication, or any other inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
Photography and Media. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes by 31 Iguana's or Heritage Acres.
Liability. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the show. The event organizers and Heritage Acres are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Your tickets are being purchased from 31 Iguanas (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
